The Series

The 2012  Series again opens at VIR on 12 April, with rounds to follow at  Lime Rock - 25 May, New Jersey - June 28, Mido Ohio -  July 26, Summit Point - August 24 and ending at Watkins Glen on October 12.  A large field of racers is expected.

The 2011 inaugural F1600 Formula F Championship Series opened at VIR, April 8-10, with a double-header weekend, like all the events. The Series next headed to Watkins Glen, June 3-5, with Grand-Am. June 30-July 2 the Series visited Mid-Ohio before pairing up with the NASCAR Modifieds at Lime Rock Park, September 16-17 and finished at Watkins Glen, October 14-16.

The Championship Series will run under the sanctioning of SCCA Pro Racing and Honda Performance Development is one of the major sponsors.
